Mentor Venture is a project by the Promise Foundation to help budding professionals with continued guidance on an ongoing basis for a specified duration of time.
In the first phase of one’s professional journey, typically in the first five years, as PR and corporate communications professionals figure their paths and seek to create road maps for the future, Mentor Venture aims to help them with some insights and support.
Senior communications professionals join the programme to help and guide an equal number of mentees.
Mentees for the second edition will be selected through a three-step process.
Step 1: Payment of fee, Step 2: Fill a google form and Step 3: Send an mail to the Mentor Venture manager
To apply, all mentees will be required to meet the following criteria:
- Possess at least one year and not more than six years of experience in PR/Corporate Communications
- Should be born on or after January 1st 1994
- Should be based in India
The process:
- Kindly pay the fee by clicking here and save the transaction ID number. (Introductory offer available to first 30 mentees)
- Please fill the form by clicking here and ensure to enter the transaction ID number as a response to the last question
- Send an email to Ameeta Vadhera (Mentor Venture Manager) at avadhera@promisefoundation.com marking team@reputationtoday.in with Mentor Venture in the subject line stating that you have completed the first two steps.
- You will receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours with a voucher worth INR 5,000 to be used for QUORUM, REPRISE, SPECTRA – a special benefit for being a Mentor Venture mentee. This voucher will be valid until 31st August 2024.
Applicants may share their applications before Monday, 25th June, 2024.
The fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
For Potential Mentors
If you are a corporate communication professional with more 15 years of experience and would like to be a Mentor please send an email to Ameeta Vadhera (Mentor Venture Manager) at avadhera@promisefoundation.com marking team@reputationtoday.in with “Interested in being a Mentor” in the subject line. If you can make time for more than one mentee, please specify that in your email. Kindly send the email from your official email address.
Being a Mentor will require a minimum commitment of one hour every month for six months between July 2024 and March 2025. We will match you to a mentee for this duration. The mentee will set up a one-hour Zoom Call every month on a mutually convenient date and time. We will play the role of an aggregator and coordinator.
