Mentor Venture is a project by the Promise Foundation to help budding professionals with continued guidance on an ongoing basis for a specified duration of time.
In the first phase of one’s professional journey, typically in the first three years, as PR and corporate communications professionals figure their paths and seek to create road maps for the future, Mentor Venture aims to help them with some insights and support.
Senior communications professionals join the programme to help and guide an equal number of mentees.
Mentees for the second edition will be selected through a 2-step process.
Step 1: Initial Selection Criteria
To apply, all mentees will be required to meet the following criteria:
- Possess at least 2-3 years of experience in PR/Corporate Communications
- Submit a quick snapshot of the work done so far, highlighting the most impactful projects (this can be submitted in any format of the applicant’s choice) on volunteer@promisefoundation.com marking team@reputationtoday.in

Applicants may share their applications before 15 th May, 2023.
The Mentees will be informed of their selection and next steps in the first week of June.
