Mindset Wellness

POSTED BY: Amitesh Banerjee 02 November 2026

With this article I reach the milestone of the 195th authentic thought expressed in my column ‘Destination Mindset’ in this esteemed publication for Communication professionals- Reputation Today. Writing 195 articles on a complicated subject like mindset has not been easy, but it’s been a deep well of knowledge, human potential and philosophy. Each article has been deeply researched through books and the internet of things. More importantly ratified by observation of human behaviour, chats with various people of all strata and ages. Each article including this one you read has been a manifestation of the churning in my mind.

I sincerely hope that they have helped you in some way. When I looked back in the past two weeks and actually read and re-read my articles, I saw clearly the pattern of change with every passing year, demonstrating the core truth of life. My most favourite credo ‘Change is the only constant’. There was a pop up in my brain last night ‘Mindset Wellness’. In my view that is the key result of evolving to selected various mindsets. The formula here is very clear. The right mindset leads to bringing out the best in you. Servicing your mindset and rebooting keeps you on your best foot and makes you dynamic. You feel happy, successful and content as you run your race for life.
This is indeed true Mindset Wellness.

Mindset change is possible
According to a report by the Stanford University “Yes, human mindsets can change because the brain is neuroplastic, meaning neural networks continue to grow and reorganize throughout life” Dr. Jacob Towery further adds “The good news is mindsets are highly changeable, and if you are willing to learn the technology of changing your mindset and defeating your distorted thoughts, you can have significantly more happiness.”
Sometimes your mindsets are carved out of your own life’s experiences and the values and learnings of your growing up days. These perceptions get stuck and make you who you are. But once you sit down and analyse deeply the impediments you face in meeting life’s challenges and do a self SWOT, you can actually reduce your weaknesses and threats and jump forward with a change in mindset to maximise your opportunities by optimising your own strengths! And this first step itself triggers mindset wellness.

Become a Mindset Wellness Practitioner
Just to reiterate, mindset wellness is the intentional practice of framing your thoughts, perspectives, and beliefs to support your overall mental and emotional well-being. While mental health often focuses on the clinical state of the mind, mindset wellness focuses on the lens through which you view your life, challenges, and self-worth. It is the active bridge between cognitive psychology and daily resilience. (Internet research)

So, once you have evolved to a core mindset which makes you tick better, watch your environment and be sensitive to pick up changes and challenges you need to combat. Remember, mindsets are both professional and personal. Sometimes just by changing the person you are zooms you ahead in every field. Mindset Wellness is not just a cloak to wear; it needs to flow in your blood and reflect in your spontaneous behaviour. Become a Mindset Wellness Practitioner in the true sense of the term. Remember in today’s world, being fake is rejected and repelled.

The ROI of Mindset cultivation and wellness

Mindset cultivation directly rewires how your brain processes stress, handles failure, and pursues long-term goals. Actively shaping your internal narrative transitions your brain out of a defensive, threat-based survival state and into a proactive, high-performance state- Internet research
The key benefits actually are a long list, but the biggest change starts to begin at the heart and soul of your being. When you become continuously successful you boost your neurological and emotional resilience. You reduce your cortisol production reducing stress and its negative effects on your being and health significantly. Your emotional recovery becomes superfast. You will sense that your performance and career longevity sees noticeable improvement. Your relationships and social connectivity also see a turbo boost.
“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become.”
