Like anything you do in life, there will be distractions and new challenges that will take you off your track from time to time. Tenacity here plays a crucial role but actually the good news is that you can really be unstoppable. Its another realm of multi-tasking but you need to take some basic steps to get there. You just need to build on your qualities that people can’t take away from you. Here are those qualities.
Knowledge
Your knowledge from experiences and learnings are your own. Big asset if you really apply this knowledge too. Nurture your knowledge like you would nurture your own financial investments. Knowledge is real power, keep learning and use this asset to be unstoppable when stuck. Master the domain you work in. Remember, the actual edge in knowledge comes when you can apply your knowledge in your work place. Keep updated. Don’t get timed out
Passion
Passion powers any progress. If you are fortunate to possess a passion mindset, you are very lucky. In truth passionate human beings are unstoppable. Passion brings out another positive trait for professionals- the thirst for depth and research oriented strategy. This is indeed a disruptor and an attitude which is sought after in today’s world. If you show results consistently your develop trust and become virtually irreplaceable
Positivity
Positivity is like a magnet which attracts. If you are born with this rare quality, use it to your fullest, otherwise evolve to a positive mindset. Your positivity should not be acted out ever. Because fake positivity is very easy to detect and has an absolute negative reaction on people. Positivity is not just blank optimism. It is an attitude of glass always half full, not half empty. Positivity should just not fuel baseless hope, but workable solutions
Empathy
This one quality will get you on turbo mode in today’s world of changing human values and self-centeredness. Empathy is a valuable tool in today’s world to leverage your strategies at work and with the teams you lead and work with, but is also extremely valuable to understand and cement your relations with friends and family.
Health
Your body and mind need to be in top health. If they are not at their most optimum self, you cannot become unstoppable. Let’s just put it this way, if you are not healthy, your best version outputs will stop and could completely disappear. You need to watch your health indicators according to your age and manage them. The best way is to pre-empt bad health by simply staying fit. Similarly, manage stress and become a happy person.
Culture
Every human being learns culture from their childhood, from their home environment first, then, educational institutions. The biggest contributor to one’s development is what you learn from your close friends, what they do and how they live life. When you enter the race of life, your culture makes you unstoppable. If your culture is naturally positively disruptive you are lucky. If your own culture is a negative catalyst of positive change, you remain stagnant.
Team play
The natural ability to be a team leader is another great quality to possess. From sports to management, everything is becoming more and more team play centric. It’s not easy to be accepted in a team because on one very strong value you need to have naturally. It’s the belief in ‘We’ rather than ‘Me’. If you are born with this quality, you are unstoppable, if not you need to change your mindset to become a team player. Or, you will be badly stuck!
