There are communities of every kind emerging. They exist in the form of associations, clubs and online groups. The challenge lies in bringing them together for meaningful interaction. There is one group of people who have flourished in the latter part of the last decade. They are men and women who have taken the road less travelled. There are over a thousand of them who are building amazing services and products. These are Founders and Co-Founders of interesting ventures. There has not been a single platform that brings these individuals together. With that background a couple of social entrepreneurs and founders of social enterprise have come together to create a platform to celebrate Founders.
The publishers of Reputation Today are co-organising this initiative and hence a column focusing on how the idea is being brought to life. One of the talks at the summit will be on Nurturing Reputation. There will also be several Founders of Public Relations firms and communications heads of ventures that are led by Founders.
Ober the last six months a lot of research and outreach has been carried out to create Manifest in order to become a truly memorable experience for Founders who will gather for the first of its kind summit. Over 55 speakers have been assembled who will share insights, talk shop and transfer knowledge over two days to fellow Founders and other professionals who will mutually benefit from this ecosystem. Manifest focuses on eight ventures and that is how the name was created. It celebrates

The two-day festival will celebrate an exchange of thoughts and ideas and offer attendees an opportunity to meet old connections and make new friends. There will be inspiration galore. The entire summit is put together by half a dozen professionals with an equal number who will join the summit to ensure a smooth experience. Over 55 speakers have confirmed their attendance. Most of them are Founders or Co-Founders and come from various parts of India. There will be keynotes from Raghav Bahl, A Velumani and Ameera Shah. The inaugural address on two days will be by Amitabh Kant and Shradha Sharma. There will be special addresses by experts including Aparna Jain on Diversity, Srikant Sastri on Big Data, Ramesh Agarwal on Passion, Tathagata Satpathy on Privacy, Divya Spandana on Giving Back, Anshu Gupta on Inclusion, Madan Bahal on Reputation and Yogesh Chabbria on Happiness.
